Love
You deserve to be met as a whole person, never a problem to fix.

Hi, I'm Amanda

In October 2019, my husband passed away unexpectedly. My daughter and I were suddenly learning how to live inside a world neither of us had chosen.
Grief was hard, complicated, and messy. It also taught me that hope can be quiet, courage can look ordinary, and healing does not have to mean forgetting.
As the world moved into a pandemic and everything familiar shifted again, I began writing the words I needed most. Those words became Love, Grit & Grace—a love note for anyone moving through a dark season.
I am a Kentucky native and University of Louisville graduate with a degree in Communications. I am a mama, homegrown cook and baker, sunset-watcher, beach-walker, and believer in stopping to smell the roses.
Today, I write and offer one-on-one coaching for widows and women who need a safe place to tell the truth, breathe, and decide what comes next.
